Thank you for visiting and shopping at Printbazaaru. Below are the terms, service levels, and transit timelines that constitute our comprehensive Shipping Policy.
1Domestic Shipping & Processing Timelines
Shipment Processing Time: All bespoke and catalog orders are processed and fabricated within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not fabricated, dispatched, or delivered on Sundays or national gazetted holidays.
If we experience a high volume of institutional orders or custom fabrication requirements, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, our studio will notify you immediately via WhatsApp or email.
2Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on parcel weight and destination pin code, displayed clearly during checkout before payment.
Estimated Delivery: 5 to 10 business days
Carried via DTDC, India Post Speed Post, and Delhivery surface network.
Estimated Delivery: 2 to 4 business days
Priority dispatch via Blue Dart Aviation and Bluedart Apex Express.
Free Shipping Offer: All orders with a cart subtotal exceeding ₹999 qualify for 100% Free Standard Delivery anywhere within India!
3Shipment Confirmation & Live Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email and WhatsApp update once your package has been handed over to the courier partner.
This notification contains your unique Air Waybill (AWB) Tracking Number. The tracking code becomes active on the courier portal within 24 hours of package induction. You can also view live parcel movement at any time under your My Account > Orders dashboard.
4International Shipping Policy
Print Bazaaru currently services all states and Union Territories across India. We do not ship outside of India at this time. For overseas bulk corporate inquiries, please contact our international sales desk via email.
5Transit Damage & Courier Claims
Printbazaaru packs all acrylic signs, glass/crystal mementos, and rubber stamps with multi-layer bubble wrap, foam corner guards, and rigid corrugated boxes to withstand rigorous transit conditions.
If your package arrives physically damaged, crushed, or tampered with, please take clear photos and an unboxing video immediately upon arrival. Contact our logistics support desk within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim and dispatch an urgent remake. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
